Biography

My wife Michell and I chose Corona as our home in 1992, when we were expecting our first child.   Since our first sons' birth, we have now adopted six more children, and together they range in ages from 3 to 17.  We are active in our community and schools, as well as youth sports.

I am a 29-year veteran of law enforcement and currently the Chief of Police for the California State University, Long Beach.  I am also a facilitator of leadership and ethics courses, and have presented classes and lectures at the high school and collegiate levels, and professional training seminars.  I have also taught in grades K through 12.

In addition to our community activities and events, I enjoy traveling, sports and music.
